1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of The Manager Game, operated by Olsanora ApS.

By creating an account or using The Manager Game, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for information and activity associated with your account.

You must not access another user's account without permission or attempt to interfere with the accounts of other users.

You should keep your account credentials secure.

3. Fair play

The Manager Game is intended to be a fair competitive game.

You may not:

• Cheat or exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Manipulate matches or competitions
• Use automated systems or unauthorised software to gain an advantage
• Attempt to interfere with the game or its servers
• Abuse, attack or deliberately disrupt other users or the service
• Create or use accounts for fraudulent purposes

We may investigate suspicious activity and take reasonable action to protect the integrity of the game.

4. No pay-to-win

The Manager Game is designed so that paying money does not provide a competitive gameplay advantage over other managers.

Competitive results are based on gameplay rules and the decisions made by managers.

5. Game results and competitions

The Manager Game is a game for entertainment.

Match outcomes, league results, cups, rankings, trophies, statistics and other achievements exist within the game and have no cash or monetary value.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep The Manager Game available and operating properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may update, improve, balance or modify game functionality where reasonably necessary to operate and develop the service.

7. Intellectual property

The Manager Game software, design, branding, text and other proprietary material owned by Olsanora ApS are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected parts of The Manager Game without permission.

8. Third-party services

The Manager Game may rely on third-party services for functions such as hosting, app distribution, advertising, technical monitoring or other infrastructure.

Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Fraud
• Cheating
• Abuse
• Security threats
• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms

Users may delete their own account at any time through the available account-deletion process.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Olsanora ApS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use The Manager Game.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's country of residence.
